PRIVACY POLICY

The information that you provide us will not be shared or sold to other companies. The information is utilized so that we may offer a superior level of customer service reflective of the quality of our wines. We will endeavor to ensure that the personal information you submit to us is kept private and secure. If you wish us to remove your personal details from our marketing database at any time, please email us.
All orders placed via this website require a credit card. Upon submitting an order, all credit card numbers are transmitted via secure and encrypted methods.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

We highly recommend shipping to a business address to ensure an adult is present during business hours.
Wine shipments require a signature, at the time of delivery, from someone 21 years or older. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits his or her right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to us. All costs associated with the return of wine or other products to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.

WE SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS

The wine will be shipped ground and should arrive within 7 days after shipment.
Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states within the United States:

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund; including shipping and handling charges.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your returned shipment, we will process a refund for the amount of purchase, less third party transit fees imposed by the carrier. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from us. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult. Wines purchased from us website are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
